Who we are

This website, whytrumpwins.com, is run by WTW Publishing LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. The site tells you about the graphic novel Why Trump Wins: Man of Lawlessness by Nicholas Sternberg and lets you buy a copy. By using the site, you accept these terms.

What the site does

The site sells one product, links to the book on Amazon, links to the Astral America newsletter on Substack, and links to our social accounts. There are no user accounts and nothing to sign up for on this site.

Buying the book

The Buy button takes you to a checkout page run by Stripe, our payment processor. The price is shown in US dollars before you pay. We ship only to addresses in the United States. Where required by law, sales tax is added at checkout.

Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. Until then, we may cancel it and refund you in full, for example if the book is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or the payment is flagged as fraudulent. Shipping and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Copyright

The book, including its artwork and text, and the design and images on this site are the property of Nicholas Sternberg and WTW Publishing LLC. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the artwork or text without written permission. Brief quotation for review or commentary is welcome.

Other websites

Links to Amazon, Substack, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X take you to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you are there. The newsletter is hosted by Substack and governed by Substack's terms.

Accuracy and warranties

We describe and photograph the book as carefully as we can. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed book. Beyond that, the site and its contents are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from this site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any rights that consumer protection law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. If something has gone wrong, please email us first; most problems can be sorted out directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
