Refund Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for books that arrive as ordered and in good condition. Please review your order carefully before you pay.

Damaged, defective or wrong

If your copy arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or is not what you ordered, email info@whytrumpwins.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost. If we cannot replace it, we will refund you in full.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your book has not been delivered 15 business days after you ordered, email us and we will send another copy.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Copies purchased from Amazon are covered by Amazon's return policy, not this one. Please contact Amazon directly.
